Who we are ?

TradeYourMark®

In 2021, Stéphanie Guichot and Corinne Legrand created TradeYourMark® with the aim of creating a secondary market for dormant trademarks. By giving a second life to dormant trademarks, TradeYourMark® offers an innovative upcycling approach.

Buying an already registered but dormant trademark saves time and money for companies looking to launch a new brand. It also gives them greater legal certainty resulting from the prior status of the acquired trademark.

Our approach also provides simple and effective solutions for companies with portfolios of dormant trademark or trademarks they no longer wish to exploit in the future. It enables them to monetise these non-productive assets so that they can invest in higher priority or strategic activities.

BidYourMark®

In 2023, TradeYourMark® launched BidYourMark®, its business dedicated to trademark auctions.

BidYourMark® gives companies looking to monetise their dormant trademarks a new sales channel, which helps them obtain the best price for their trademarks by creating a competitive process between buyers. BidYourMark® gives companies looking for new brands a new, simple, transparent and fast way to buy dormant trademarks.

In 2024, BidYourMark® signed a partnership agreement with ADER EP, an auction house specialising in the sale of corporate assets. This partnership enables BidYourMark® to provide a comprehensive service to its clients at every stage of their trademark auction project.
